Squat Racks have better lives than koozies....
They have large circular objects forced inside of them over and over until eventually they are stretched and torn.

You all seem triggered.
I'm able to avoid this problem by just not working out.

should they start benching 225 and tear their shoulder and yell for the dr swoles to come help get the bar off him? Everyone has to start somewhere.
When I'm at the gym there are things that certainly piss me off, but someone attempting to get in better shape isn't really something I feel needs to be laughed at.

Wait til all the New Year's people show up in January

Can we all agree that if there isn't a pull up bar then the squat rack is acceptable?

i could not care less how much you lift. The point is you sure arent serious about lifting in capri pants, sandals, and a jean jacket.

I work out at a small gym and we've only got 2 squat racks. Guy who has been coming in for some time has suddenly decided to do a full body workout on the squat rack 3 times per week. He is usually on it for around an hour each morning.

haha, have you ever pulled girls with your funny looking t rex legs? Keep doing squats, wuss, and I'll keep pulling girls with my massive pythons

They've already started coming to my gym. Hoping they will give up by New Year's.

Today I watched my gym's poor squat rack being used for some form of semi vertical push-ups.
I've actually had to do that. Tore the labrum in my shoulder and it is part of my physical therapy. Maybe there's more to thew story.

There were two of them taking turns. I doubt they both had torn labrums.

The hipster wasn't working out. Just mingling.
Now I'm confused. Anyway, just stating that it's not COMPLETELY ridiculous as there could be an extenuating circumstance.

Jack knife push ups? Sounds like they were trying to work on shoulders bro
