Of course it was, Jesus. Everything is some kind of community injustice. The pilots purposely sought out a poor minority area to dump it over. That’s what was running through their heads, let’s not dump on the upper class we need to hunt down a poor area first. Cmon

It’s fuel. It’s unpleasant, will make your eyes burn and clothes smell. I heard a reporter say hazmat had treated the injured with warm water and soap. I dumped a gallon of diesel all over my jeans today. I own a washing machine. Jesus these people.
