I am certain of a few things.
1. The 16 year old who wore the brass knuckles is a sociopath.
2. The 16 year old who wore the brass knuckles cannot be rehabilitated.
3. The 16 year old who wore the brass knuckles never desired "treatment" until it was an option instead of prison.
4. The 16 year old who wore the brass knuckles should be incarcerated for life.

i started a thread about a year ago saying I'm in favor of a much more liberal application of the death penalty. some people are just scum and need to be eradicated from the earth. this kid is one of them.
