Seem several memorable shows there.. Manson put on some wild shows, several raves, one of the best was megadeath, Korn, flotsam and jetsom and anthrax. That's the night my truck got stolen. I thought it got converted to the fillmore but obviously that is not true

They have a walk in safe in the basement of the State Palace. Not for nothing but it was once controlled thorugh the 1970s by some Italian businessmen. One of them tried to turn into a club and ruined a lot of the interior in the process. The music in the 1990s stopped when the folks running it at that point were indicted on federal charges under the crackhouse law. Gambit

Are you an idiot? ...40 is how old boomers where in the 90s when we were partying our asses off in State Palace..

Rabbit in the Moon...the double show in Nov of 96, Tool then a Rave afterwards. Zoolu and

Also the idea that it was safe back then is stupid. I have seen multiple people die in state palace and other raves of that era...one place at a show called House, I think it was uptown, 10 people died. The cops sealed the place off and cut the water too. Got hot as frick inside, the DJ never stopped...until they opened the doors and shut it down.

But the palace was where the best shows were then, both rock and raves.

I was at Vampire Stripper Sluts from Outer Space... man that was a fantastic time. While i was sitting on the couches on the 2nd floor i had so many people looking through my kaleidoscope, which was just an empty Dasani water bottle, out of the windows at the street lights.. we where very amazed by this.
