How much track got built with 2.5 billion in federal funds that was sent to them for the high speed rail boondoggle?

Do you now who provided the funds, under which programs and how much was committed vs deployed and unrecoverable?

I contracted a lot with an industrial demolition company for a while. They were staying busy year around just demolishing coal powered power plants. I bet the previous administration was funding or giving tax incentives to companies to eliminate the possibility of utilizing them. Maybe it was a large scale cash for clunkers deal.

Yea.. india has the strictest pollution laws in the world . 100 times better than ours. I also hear that they have the strictest building codes in the world which makes India the safest and cleanest place on the planet in the history of the world
