Because it's the most addictive substance ever created, apparently. It's worse than heroin, they will tell you.
People are fricking stupid, and they don't realize that we need legions of smokers. They die earlier, they save us billions in geriatric medical expenses while paying egregious vice tax above and beyond any and all other vice tax.
I can't wait until smoking is fully fleeced out of American society, and alcohol becomes he focal point of vice tax increases to subsidize budget shortfalls.

Darth the only time you see half way decent looking chicks around bikers they are strung out strippers looking to mooch some free blow. The ones yall spend any amount of time with and eventually marry after passing her around the club are the hideous one's that smoke doral 3000's with liver spots and bad teeth. Tell Missus Vader every one says hi.

True, but they already have a rule for smoking only in designated areas and it's not enforced at all.
