do you even know what a write off is?
Certainly, we all know how the rich take advantage of the write off opportunities all of the time.
They spend 15 million dollars, they sell for six million dollars, they write off a 9 million dollars in losses, and save 4 million dollars in taxes.
It's easy, and that's how the Trumps of the world get filthy rich and the po folks stay po.

When it first went on the market the story we heard is a relative had listed it and it was to win a competition among the realtors of who had mor $ in listings...I guess that was some bad inside info

Nice edit you fricking idiot.
Dude, seriously? I guess if you can't back up your point or win an argument, you go for the throat, pull out all the stops and mention an auto-correct mistake.
Well done...

How much do you think just the land is worth?

Haha, but TigerRob20 is under the impression it was all a publicity stunt? Do you want to go ahead and retract that dumb arse statement now?

When it first went on the market that was a very popular opinion for some in the know...just saying

And you're under the impression that they built a house to their exact specs, lived in it under 10 years, and then walked away from it taking a 12 million dollar loss...for no reason.
"haha" which is more realistic?

Well, it did make the news (TV, Online, Print) as the most expensive listing in the history of Baton Rouge. Then about year later when the price dropped to 12 million, they had photos of the inside on The Advocate and NOLA.com. Then they actually did end up selling their house (which they never needed to really sell in the first place).
Sounds kind of like they got some publicity to me.

Haha, now you're a spin artist. You do know the definition of intent do you? Purposefully pricing the home at 18 million to generate publicity, and the home indirectly generating publicity through its pricing are two very different things. You continue to shed light on how intellectually behind the curve you are. Please keep on posting comments for the sake of my entertainment.

Breakfast over at 10:30, lunch doesn't kick up for a while. I can see where you had some time.

Haha, some people have jobs where they are paid a salary and not hourly to fulfill the tasks required of them. I don't need to be micromanaged because I get my shite done, so please refrain from assuming that because I have the luxury in my line of work to not have to fill the gaps in my day doing inane bullshite to appear like I'm being productive that I'm somehow defrauding my company lol. Technically speaking, I don't even have to be in the office right now. I'm sorry that you have to work 40 hours a week to make a living.
