Those extra 2 or 3 days with no meds have been enough for me to end it all right then and there. The pain is unreal. Did any of y'all look at the nerves they pull out? They are fricking tiny and there were only a few. Crazy to think what it can do to you

Thats how I was and why I laid in bed. Ive lost over 25 lbs in the last month.
Btw, canned noodle soup on top of mashed potatoes is golden. You'd never think how delicious that is. Cheap as hell too.

Yes.
Once had a tooth abscess under a crown and the pain was so intense I had to stop driving and pull off the road and scream at the top of my lungs for about a minute. It felt like my eyeball was being yanked through a pin hole.
Not good. Dentist fixed my up a day later.
Oh, and I'd go easy on the edibles with vicodin unless you want to drool and stumble all over the place. Just CanyonLand chocolates for the win.

large shot of straight whiskey, if pain isnt helped repeat dosage and then continue repeating dosage until pain is relieved or you just dont care anymore

fricked up part is I really think that's what they had to do way back in the day before all this modern medicine we have now

weed is a great pain killer and a good muscle relaxer, if you can avoid getting arrested it would give you "some" relief

In the contest of broken collarbone and torn pectoral vs exposed nerve, I'll take the larger injury every time.

had one last month. It's been fine since then however, the last couple of days, i"ve been having the same sort of throb under the same tooth. So I'll probably go in next week and get it looked at again.

Had one last week. The few days leading up to it were the worst pain I’ve ever had, can’t imagine anything worse. I literally didn’t sleep a single minute because if I took the ice out of my mouth for more than 5 seconds I’d scream. Got sent to the endodontist and they couldn’t get me in until January 17th so I said frick that and ended up finding another place the next day, thank the Lord

Root canal ain't shite. You are obviously a pussy. A huge gaping vagina.

pull it and get a bridge. Cheaper, less painful, and you don't leave something dead inside your body.

I had a root canal the week of Thanksgiving. Pain leading up to the surgery was a bitch. My left side was swollen along my nose, almost to my eye. Had the surgery that Tuesday and was eating turkey that Thursday. Doctor prescribed narcos, antibiotics, and steroids though.

I had one that started on opening day of dove season. We were in the backyard having a good dove shoot. I kept an ice cube clenched in my jaw and drank copius amounts of beer to kill the pain. At midnight I called my dentist and met him at his office. The next night I was back at midnight because I froze the opposite tooth the day before. Two root canals ,two days. The pain relieves with ice because the cold reduces the gas pressure from the decaying nerve.
