There's a pretty well defined gap between Gen X and Millenials, per this article. I know i'm smack in the middle of this range, and so are many of my fellow OTers. Take a look. You basically grew up before and during the start of the internet and of course, social media.

Nasty way to go. You have uncontrollable shits until you're too weak to get up, then you lie in it and then the microbes cause deep ulcers on your skin. You eventually die of dehydration. Cholera is similar.
