Needs to be banned if your book was written by AI.

That's a fantastic book, I'm eagerly awaiting the next in the series.

i am going to release a non-gay children's book set in the outdoors where it teaches random skills (knot tying, starting fire, basic cooking, etc) written and illustrated by chat gpt and make millions

That's actually a great idea. Make sure the cover is red, white, and blue. Throw a couple of guns on there for shits and giggles.

Get a Boy Scout handbook from the 80s on Amazon.

I'm a freelance writer.

The only time I use AI is when I search something and skim it as the first result.

I can tell you it's hurt my revenue because it pops up first in search engines.

High School on SI is under the Sports Illustrated umbrella (obviously). My editor warned us that they are conducting due diligence on our articles to make sure we're not having AI write them.

A bunch of it is slop and IP theft. A few months ago, a guy released a book about a pretty niche running topic. Within a few weeks it had been copied by AI and sold on Amazon. It's a big problem.

I'm halfway through "Fourth Wing" and it's a decent story if you ignore the constant "OMG Xaden is SOOOOO HOTTTT" every other couple of paragraphs.

Is it a smutty girl fantasy with hybrid creatures?
