Lack of temp bracing or putting the required cable xbracing in. I've seen this happen many times.

A lot of these metal buildings use that color paint as a final coat. They'll never admit it but one reason is that it hides rust very well. At worst, if it is actual rust, it is likely surface rust that will not worse once protected from the elements.
This is standard red oxide primer. Indoors it can be a the finish coat but it's certainly not finished paint.
You'll see more and more plants that moved to grey primer nowadays. Walmart changed that entire industry by ordering so many grey roof trusses that many fabricators switched over to grey primer.
But yeah if you don't pay any extra you generally get plain old red oxide primer.

As mentioned by others, missing temporary bracing. Another problem I saw in the video, the post tension cables in the slab weren't stressed. Another sign of an incompetent contractor, loading the foundation too early.

It's pretty well documented on the erection drawings, just depends on the design if it is permanent or not. You'll see cable cross bracing in the roof also sometimes. Based on the photos that looks absent also from what I can see.
I bought the place well after it was built. I'm sure I have the drawings somewhere in the paperwork. But the vast majority of the cable stuff I can see is in the ceiling like you said. There is an addition I put on after I bought it that is basically a corrugated prefab garage on one end that has it all around and in the ceiling. But I remember them saying something about that needing to be permanent since it was a new addition. Didn't make sense since it was so much smaller, but they said something about it having to do with pouring a new slab.

It's all a house of cards without lateral bracing until the sheeting goes on.

Probably going to have to cut out footings too.
