Well, if you are a woman beater already, it would be tough to find a better woman. You could consistently catch her with a left hook in the eye and no one would know the difference.

I knew someone at a church I once attended who had a similar birthmark, except hers was bright red.

Meh. A birthmark wouldn't make her undateable although I would expect some awkward moments with people knighting for her.

I grew up with a girl with a much worse birthmark around her eye that stretched to her cheek. Haven't seen her since HS, but a buddy of mine said she finally had some cosmetic surgery during college because it was so pronounced.
I'm sure it sucks, but I don't think that alone makes someone undateable.

I've seen makeup make a -3 look like a solid 2. I'm pretty sure it could fix this.
