Hate the 12:12 roofs and chimneys but love the fact that the guy that invented the drop ceiling doesn't have one throughout the entire compound.

Dobermans released on the hour trained to cruise the perimeter.

That's Higgins right there.

The property itself is gorgeous. The inside looks like a nice hotel or spa and the outside looks boring as hell

3.6 million can’t be the most expensive house in the Ohio state
Not even close

Here are 10 homes over 4.7 mil on the market as of the date of the article in 2018

I hate it

Honestly give me an old stuffy dark wood leathery broody Tudor mansion like Wayne manor

As I said, when it was listed at the time, it was the most expensive house in Ohio. It sold for ALOT less years later

I doubt if any other house in Ohio cost 20 million to build. That's what he had in it

I imagine basic upkeep is pretty significantly into the 6 figures per year for that place.

Does it come with the helicopter?

Ohio is quickly becoming the most ghetto state in the union.

Not even remotely true.

It has its issues like every state but places like Cleveland and Cincinnati are much, much nicer now than they were 20-25 years ago.

Vermilion is a nice town on Lake Erie, which is beautiful in the summer.

Also, I've seen LeBron's house outside of Akron and it would sell for more than this place did.

Aurora is really, really nice. Aurora, Hudson, Solon, and Beachwood are probably the nicest/richest towns in the Cleveland/Akron area.

The pond with the island looks like they were trying to recreate 17 at Sawgrass and just let it go over the years.

My first thought was I’d have to quit my job just to keep up with the landscaping
