A sub contractor who is doing some work for me did some woodwork in the closets there. Said he was told 24k sq ft and was owned by someone with the Tennessee Titans...probably bullshitee

The house is 6556 down and 6448 up. 17,851 total under roof. Yes the bowling alley runs parallel to Perkins out over the garages. I've been in the house a couple times and have seen the plans.
