I had to replay that 3 times to be sure I heard it right. Neve heard that one before. Second, how does being a black man change things? After this, there’s gonna be a lot of folks saying screw jury duty. And they have a point.

They might do it for free.

I'm white and I'm at the point where I hate AWFLs too.

He is a hero, in my eyes! He saw wrong in what that murdering woman did and he remained firm in his belief. He didn't cave to the woke crowd like his fellow jurors did. I'm embarrassed that white people on the jury didn't see it for what it was.
I say, thanks to that man!

why would you assume this? you're assuming the worst of his intentions
You have no clue if this man is racist or not. sometimes people are motivated by doing the right thing

I don’t think a guy with domestic violence charges should be hailed a hero since he doesn’t have a history of doing the right thing
The other jurors are wrong but it doesn’t mean this guy was trying to do the right thing.

You’re right.
We should also do full exposes on all Medal of Honor recipients in history to see if they also had a full history of heroism and always “doing the right thing” that would validate if they were actually heroes on the day they earned MOH. Because everyone knows that to do something heroic you have to also have always done a bunch of other heroic and proper things.
Do you know how stupid this logic you’re presenting is

You’re right - because this stand out juror did something as patriotic, noble, and heroic as those who have earned the Medal of Honor.
Mea culpa

Oh ok. So he was doing the right thing but bc he missed rent he’s a POS. Imagine parsing the life history of everyone who ever stands up for the right thing or does anything heroic. “Thanks for landing that plane, Captain Sully, but you were once late on some car payments.”

If he has a history of beating up women (and children) maybe he doesn’t like women - of course this is an assumption but all the armchair jurors here are also making assumptions

All allegations with no conviction. Do you even have any clue how many women file for TROs against their SOs for nonsense reasons, and then later drop the charges bc they were made up in the first place?
In any case, he was qualified to sit on the jury. Going through a jurors background to judge him is a new low even for leftists.
Also, a person doesn’t have to be an angel to do something heroic. Thats such an obvious truism it shouldn’t have to be typed out, but here we are.

Fine, he’s not a hero. I don’t even know the guy, but I appreciate he did the right thing and stood up to the rabid lunatics.
