What about former Smackdown GM Daniel Bryan? Or is he continuing to waste his time doing bingo hall spots in AEW

there were some rumors that the Saudis would offer Rock $20 - 25 million for a match

He's a commentator for AEW. He's supposedly retired but you know how that goes in wrestling.

greatest of our generation and a 17 time world champion. I don’t understand this given it is all fake and scripted.

So a little bit of that is also fake, but John Cena was the face of the business for a very long time, that's why he was the champion for so long and so many times. When you can sell tickets and merchandise, they'll put the title on you and you carry the business while you have it.

It's kind of an oversimplification, but it explains it in a way everybody can understand. It also is easy to explain with him because he was only ever really a face.

The way the Saudis throw money around puts even Tony Khan to shame. Most of these foreign paid ppvs are getting around $5 million in site fees but the Saudis paid $100 million for Royal Rumble and possibly $200 million for Wrestlemania. Not hard to believe they would offer a big star a crazy amount of money for one match.

He’s done after tonight, I don’t know why that’s so hard to understand but here we are.

I think the most we’ll get from him in the future is a special guest referee for a key match or two. I could see him as the ref for The Rock vs. Roman at WM43.

I've said it from the start - 0% chance this is his last match. He's not going out at a Saturday Night show - dude is going out at Mania in Vegas which is why it was moved out of New Orleans.

Expect shenanigans.

I can’t imagine his last match is with Gunther. Great new up and comer but idk seems stale to me. I want him to win against a “name” for nostalgia I guess.

Cena seems pretty selfless so maybe he doesn't want to do this at Mania because he doesn't want to make Mania about him
