I agree with all of that. Views of morality definitely shift over time. Just think certain things will always be inherently immoral.

A lot of Muslims believe that murdering infidels is not a sin and homosexuality is punishable by death. When you say morality changes from culture, you presume that all cultures are equal, they evolve and change, but they are not equal. Islam seems to be several centuries behind Western Judeo-Christian culture, unless of course to support beheading or stoning for adultery, state sponsored slavery, genital mutilation of young girls.
No, most issues of morality are absolutes, not subjective at all.
