since the stroke ive become more aware of the brain and body
I'm amazed at times the way the body is reacting also at times I get really really really pissed off
the mental / emotional aspect is the most important it can keep you going when the body cant

I have thought about this in the past. I would like to know what all had to come together in order for the human body to develop into what we are today. And how everything was developed to adapt. Nose hair for example. It serves as a filter to stop some thing we might breath in, from going up our nostrils. Eye brows help stop sweat from dripping into our eyes.

Not really, the mechanism behind cancer is vital.
