The house closing process

Just lol if you attempt to contribute at all to any of this. I mean, all the professions involved from start to finish are hardly respectable, so I don't know why I ever expect anything but a group of self hating snails, but frick, at least have a little dignity in your career. It's not a good way to go through life. 2 weeks to a month time frame to close was the same span it took to accomplish in the early 1900s.
What are the main hobbies of these people? I've never met some title office signer or appraiser dipshit that does anything outdoors with all that free time.
No one notices you got your Sebring detailed, but your shortcomings as a sub par person with limited talents arent going unnoticed by society.
Felt good to get all that out. Thanks for reading.

That sounds like the rambling of someone who just hit a key bump for the first time.

Man, that's some high quality salt, right there.

Most of the time your financing is what holds the process up.
Close with cash and it is about 7 days.

I'm not financing anything, the buyer is. Come on people.

That's why cash offers get a better deal.
Consider yourself smarter than you were yesterday.

Sorry you are hurting for the cash. Let the lender for the buyer know and they will probably speed up since you have cash flow issues.

Honestly I read your gibberish 3 times and was still a little lost. Had to use context clues of the other posts to get what you meant.

Stop with this non-topical reaching shite. Did I mention needing money at all? That's just a byproduct of all this. I'm talking about having to interact with slow people.

I’m a Real Estate attorney
But I personally love myself so you must not be talking about me

They may be saying the same thing about you. Because that may be what you meant, but it's not what you said.

...Then there is still financing involved in your deal. Not sure why you're confused. It's probably the buyer taking his time complying with the lender's requirements. Should've picked a better buyer, bro. The title company is done with the title process within a week or so unless you and/or the buyer have a a bunch of judgments against you. And if you have liens against you, then guess what? That's your fault, not the closer's.
