The process could be done in 1-2 days if these sloths really wanted it make it happen. There's never been any issues in any of my encounters with buying or selling a house, I just think the people involved have a lazy, pathetic existence that I would like to limit my interaction with down to days instead of weeks.

Sounds like you’re really inept when it comes to choosing reputable, professional realtors, mortgage brokers, title companies, real estate attorneys, appraisers and inspectors to work with. You as the customer can choose whomever your little snowflake heart desires...and evidently you suck hog at it.
