Ebarb, Ezernack, Manshack, Sepulvado, Procell, Rivers/Del Rio, Meshell, Ezell come to mind.
Texas Beyond History
The most credible theory about the Sabine ‘redbones’ is Spanish soldiers and settlers intermarried with women from the Adai tribe at Los Adaes, the first capital of Texas, a little SW of Natchitoches. It is believed the Adai tribe was related to the Apache and there is a Choctaw-Apache Community of Ebarb which received state tribal approval in the 1970s.

The Hispanic family names of these communities go directly back to the censuses of Los Adaes and of early Nacogdoches. Family names in the Ebarb-Zwolle community include Ebarb (most traced back to Alcario Ybarbo or Antonio Gil Ybarbo), Sepulvado, Procell (Procella), Parrie (Parilla), Martinez, Lopez, Remedies (Ramirez), Castie (Castillo), Leone (Leones), and others. Mora, Nieto, Flores, Sanchez, and Corrales are the dominant families in Spanish Lake area.

You can see 5 kids in a family and two looks redbone and the other three are white as ghost.
Noticed this also. Wonder what are the dominant and recessive traits that cause this.

Iowa, Midland, Bell City,
These areas are full of farmers with German heritage, not much Native American.
However, I have a great grandmother that was from Anacoco who was full blooded NA.

I used to work with a fellow with that last name, he was from Pine Prairie. But I believe his extended family was from the Oakdale area.

You should learn what the word indigenous means. Otherwise, you'd make the argument that no one is from anywhere but Africa, you silly goose.

This reminds me of the “Lost Tribe of Appalachia” aka the “Melungeons”.

Remember, the feel good narrative is more important than science or facts.
I'll stick with science. You stick with being stupid.

Brother, I guarantee you aren't sticking with science. In population genetics, indigenous is a commonly used word because of its temporal association. Given the various human diasporas (as I'm sure you are familiar with Cavalli-Sforza since you are so committed to science), the notion that there is no such thing as 'indigenous' would undermine any argument about nationhood and immigration.

The "there are no such thing as natives or indigenous people" argument is an incredibly recent narrative change. So....you're actually the one trying to change the definition because of a "feel good narrative".
You just don't like it because it hurts your feefees.

Everyone on the American Continents is the descendant of immigrants. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
That is scientific fact and no amount of word play can change it.
