"The hardest decisions are usually the right ones"

How true is that statement? Looking back I feel like 95% of the time that it's correct.
Easy decisions are also the best a significant portion of the time but, on average, hard ones have a much higher chance of being the right one.
Also, being wide awake at 4am for the second night in a row is frustrating.

Depends on what the decision is. If you’re deciding between Bud Light and Miller Lite, the right decision is an easy one.
If you and your girlfriend are in college find out she’s pregnant, then you’ve got a bigger decision that isn’t easy.

I wouldn’t say the right decision is harder, but sometimes it may require a little more effort or work.
See lazy pieces of garbage that litter. It takes a small amount of effort to wait and throw your trash in a trash can instead of out your window.

I guess this thread was triggered by the "move away from La thread". Doesn't apply to me but had me considering the position of someone in, say, BR trying to decide to leave friends and family to move to Colorado or Dallas. Tough choice but it seems like you don't hear many people regretting those tough life decisions. "yeah it was tough but it was absolutely the right thing to do."

It's not bad. Takes a few months to get used to your new area. I think it also depends on how social you are. I really don't care to meet new people that aren't business/career related so the less people I have to hang out with, the better. I already have enough close friends that blow up my phone

I agree with this. It goes hand in hand with "if it was easy, everyone would do it"
When I first became a supervisor of people my mentor/manger told me both of these quotes. I remember having to fire someone that was a really good person, just made some mistakes that hurt the whole team. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do.

It's not......decision making is WAYYYYYYY overrated. Most decisions make themselves.

I'm having a hard time coming to terms with going to medical school, but I know it's probably the right decision
