Intellicast says that Baton Rouge/Livingston/Ascension need to prepare for a large thunderstorm system to move through the area tomorrow around 2:00 PM with rainfall potentials of 5-6 inches falling in some areas.

I didn't see anything about that. See 90% chance though. Certainly not going to help water levels go down
