Anyone know if the corner of Hickory Ridge and Coursey is flooded..mainly the office buildings?
That section of Coursey is dry.

Used to go back there in a pirogue and a trolling motor from bayou Paul. Launch at that old ladies house

How much worse than Saturday morning do you think the area will be at the head of the red arrow that ends at nicholson/burbank? I live right beside that area and only had a few inches to spare until water entered my apartment
You will be fine. The water you saw on Saturday AM was slow runoff from the extreme rain, not from river backflow.

I will tell you the water under bridge at Burbank/Highland is significantly higher than the bridge on Bluebonnet right before Albertsons
Is the water higher or the bridge lower?

Tons of cops at Highland and airline. Anybody know what's going on and where they are directing people?

We've been picking up people at the entrance to Woodland Ridge. But it looks like they've gotten most of everyone out. Is there another neighborhood that we can access via truck to take people where they need to go after the boats get them?

Dutchtown is okay at the moment. Does anyone have any predictions for the night/tomorrow? Should we be allright?

I'm curious about the neighborhood (The Lakes) across Burbank from the soccer field. ( Google Map Image) The only entrance or exit to the neighborhood is a bridge that connects it to Highland Rd.
A lot of these people's backyard is Bayou Fountain. On the bridge view.
