Keep an eye on Manchac gauge. We'll know more once we're able to see what kind of backflow we're dealing with downstream from there.

Woke up and just starting reading the doom and gloom projections for S BTR. Has the rain from the Gulf that was on our doorstep already came through? Or is that something we are going to have to worry about the rest of the day?

A lot of that rain dissipated as it approached the area. They are saying we wont get more than an inch today...as of now.

Drive through westhaven around 530 this morning and it has already started coming up... just passed by and it's definitely higher... those people should get out while they can!
