No but me, you, and are friendly lawyer might be able to change that.

They really should open earlier IMO. When it's not football season they lose my business because they open so late. I guess that late night crowd drinks more than me.

I'm amazed every time I go to the Bywater and into the upper Ninth these days, started to notice the change four or five years ago when I started to see white females walking along St Claude...

then one of the old Turtle Bay gang moved back to NOLA and got an apartment at the Rice Mill (would I like to live there, HELL YES)...and it's just not trust fund hipsters moving down, but people from the NOLA area who are coming back...

I live in Holy Cross and yes white young adults walk in the middle of the night like it's all good. Cool with me. Prop value going up and up.

These gentrifiers have a false sense of security. On my ride home from work I routinely see white women walking down Eathart past Claiborne taking on their phone with handbag in tote. New Orleans is getting better but these women are just asking for it.

I noticed a young, moderately attractive single white female walking thru the hood the other day on Plank Road in BR. She seriously didn't look like a prostitute. Well,at least she wasn't dressed like one.
She appeared to be walking to Tony's seafood.

I thought to myself the same thing, she's just asking for it.

It's definitely in a B flood zone. Flood insurance is only like 300 a year.
