Through the years, Suplee says he has tried every diet imaginable -- including the Blood Type Diet, South Beach, Atkins, Zone, Keto and intermittent fasting. "I lost a shite load of weight, I went from 530 to, at my lowest, 220," he said, adding that he was "f--king thin, skull and bones thin" at one point. In the years after "My Name Is Earl," he struggled to get a job because of his thin appearance, saying people in Hollywood told him, "We don't know who you are, you're not what we were enjoying before."

Didn't it kill the fat guy's career from Varsity Blues when he lost all his weight?

also says his lowest was 220. Nobody is skull n bones thin at 220, unless they're 7 feet tall.

All the other titles he’s been in (Boy Meets Wold, Butterfly Effect Mallrats, Unstoppable, American History X, Without a Pddle, Blow, etc) and you remember him from Remember the Titans? Tuna in Blow was his best character.

Very impressive. Glad he got his self together.

Does anyone know if he is still in the acting business. I haven't seen him in years. Looking at him now I'm willing to bet he took a break in order to get his health together.

Well since he’s dead I’d say yes.

I think I saw another pic from a social media account of him with two girls around a Christmas tree with him wearing an "ugly" Christmas sweater that says "Epstein Didn't Kill Himself".

Last thing I saw him in was Santa Clarita Diet on Netflix, and I didn't recognize him as he was already smaller. He's also a recurring character on The Ranch, another Netflix show, and he has a couple of movies coming out this year. Indi. flicks though.
