I've testified several times and sat through more trials. We never have to qualify our expert in court. That's done before it even gets to trial. This is taking up alot of time with each expert.

Seems like the judge has already ruled against him being able to talk about modifications himself. Seems very limited in what he can say about exactly what has happened.
