ETA: the judge is actually keeping time... gave both sides a certain number of hours to present their cases... if that clock hits 0:00... she said she will cut them off
Rekieta told a story of a case he knew where a lawyer let a hard clock run out on him... came up for a rebuttal close and the judge said "you're out of time... but out of consideration I'll give you 4 minutes for the rebuttal"
4 minutes is nothing for a close

She testified that there was a cut on the bridge of her nose, like she had been head butted. I haven't seen one picture of a cut on the bridge of her nose. Why isn't Johnny's team ripping up that testimony?

I can also say from my jury experience folks in that box get pissy when a lawyer calls these boring witnesses and it all drags on and on. I promise you those people aren't fond of Elaine.

I made a jury for a civil trial and I thought the plaintiff attorneys were dumb SOB's that were trying things very similar to what Elaine is doing.
