Isn't it already established and admitted by Depp that he drank and took drugs?

I thought the same thing. He really made Depp out to be a guy that was so famous, he really couldn't have friends. And he made this freak feel comfortable, was sweet to him, and let him live in his place for free.
Then he started with the weird I love you stuff. But he does make Depp out to be a very generous person who got taken advantage of by Amber and her freak friends.

I guarantee that prior to the trial, Heard thought that worst-case scenario would be that the whole thing would get thrown out, and that since he was unable to disprove her claims, she’d be viewed as the victim and the real winner.

30 minutes in, and this dude established that Depp is a movie star that likes to drink, do drugs, and is jealous of his beautiful wife, all the while being a sweet, gentle man, except when drunk, he could get surly.

Dude...that picture of the "injury" looks like a mosquito bite. If that's a scalp injury, I'm a battered husband. During La. summers.
ETA: And a doctor could easily testify that her lip was herpes blister. It looks NOTHING like an injury for a split lip.

I was just about to say... just wait until they show the pic of the hair pulled out of a hairbrush and staged as the hair yanked from her scalp... but I think she just showed it
