Can someone tell me, from a legal standpoint, is it common for an atty to respond to the other atty's objection before the judge can even rule on the objection?
And is the Elaine chick so bad at being a lawyer that she cant not ask a question in a legally appropriate manner?

I"m no lawyer... but what I've picked up from watching Rekieta... it's an argument that both sides want to win... usually you do it in sidebar up by the Judge's desk but doing so in front of the jury might make an imprint on them as well
