She’s said numerous times that she “donatED”. Can’t get to donatED if you don’t pass doNATE…..
Didn’t help her case that about 15 minutes prior to making her idiotic claim that she believes “pledge” and “donation” are synonymous, she stated that one of the reasons she didn’t want Depp to make the donation in her name was because she promised the charities the donation would be paid in full as soon as she got it, and she didn’t want Depp to drag it out for years by paying it in installments.

Pledge and Donate are not synonymous in any context and it’s dumb to argue anything else.
Pledge just means promise. Donate actually requires an action of some sort.
You can pledge a donation. You can pledge allegiance. But until you deliver on either, you’re not out anything.

Most damning thing to me in the entire cross examination just from a fact perspective was she admitted to having no evidence of Cap’n jack with a line of coke or other substances (sitting, standing next to, doing, etc).
So honestly from a jury perspective maybe Johnny gets shite faced and she puts shite out to make him look bad. Or if he is gone gets some pan make mix from the pantry with one of his jewelry boxes and says it’s his “cocaine” box.
This a lady just coming off as more bat shite crazy by the minute.
