I saw that also. Huge hole in her story with the pic only showing a bruise on her arm and her stating during same fight he hit me in the face multiple times. Of course no pic of bruises on her face.

im not putting it past this woman to self trauma. i dont know the time frame of the events and if that would fit with her mental state and the couples relationship strain at the time. just dipping my toe into this madness.
It seems very likely that Heard is a borderline personality and likely a pathological liar. It is not impossible for bad things to happen to her but at this point it would take both physical evidence of trauma and physical evidence that Depp was responsible.
We didn't start out with this as a default likelihood but it turns out we're talking about a mentally ill person who shits in beds, abuses her husband with cigarettes and bottles, threatens to ruin him, ruins his movie career, and was the party committing domestic violence in her prior relationship.
It would be difficult to construct a less sympathetic beautiful woman. What more would people want to see to imagine a man was actually the victim of, rather than perpetrator of, domestic violence?

I watched some today on a split screen. She did well under direct. Cross will tell.
His attorneys need to counsel him on body language during her testimony. He looks down, smirks and laughs. He looks guilty of what she’s saying.

I just don’t understand how Depp thought any woman was going to allow him to drink and do drugs ever single day. Amber comes across as a aggressive woman. I don’t understand why he married If all he wants to do is party.

He was a more famous, older and richer actor who has done whatever he has wanted since the 90s..he fricked up by making the relationship legal.

Her credibility is completely shattered. She looks so bad in this case, I don’t think she’ll be able to recover.
I don’t know if she’s lying or not. It’s not for me to decide. But It looks bad for her. Watching her on the stand was bad. It felt so unauthentic. She just looks like she’s acting. Turning her head to look at the jury constantly. It’s what an accused murderer does on the stand in desperation after they’ve been completely exposed. She’s basically coming across as overacting.
Now she could very well be telling the truth on some things. And maybe she’s nervous and doesn’t know what to do on the stand. But she’s been exposed so clearly by multiple eyewitnesses as careless, heartless, a lunatic, pathological lier, extortionist, physical abuser, cheater, shite I could go all day. I don’t think anyone would believe if she was telling the truth.

Everything about her screams this. Borderline people take emotions up to the 9th degree, and are professionals at gaslighting or, to put it another way, verbally rewriting the reality of things that happened to frame themselves as victims.
These are the bitches who will cheat on you and go on and on endlessly about how it was actually your fault, then when you walk out the door they freak out and tearfully beg for you to come back.

I cant wait till HBO, hulu or Netflix etc. turns this into a miniseries with re-enactments of all these stories from both POVs

The point that struck me is when she went from sobbing to almost fully composed in about three seconds. That didn’t feel right.
Also, she stated pretty clearly she was high on shrooms when the worst event so far — the cavity search — happened.

I've watched every day of the trial - when not in meetings - and I have the complete opposite opinion. I don't believe a single word Heard has said. Talking about Depp threatening to break the stewardess' wrist after giving her drugs? There is a less than 0% chance that woman didn't get tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars from Depp and an NDA if that actually happened. She said at one point the first and last time she ever did drugs with Depp was on the plane to Russia but earlier she talked about doing drugs with him at Hicksville - with a good friend she didn't even know the name of and oh yea she was completely sober after taking mushrooms and ecstasy.
Mirroring Depp's testimony, and audio evidence, of Depp trying to retreat during their arguments when there is literally no evidence in the record of her ever doing that and in fact evidence of her calling Depp a coward and not a man because he doesn't stay and fight with her. Then telling stories about episodes of alleged abuse with other people there - who have already given testimony - but her lawyers didn't ask about these situations instead choosing to let Heard be the only one to say them. She is a giant liar who is trying to act like she was abused.

A friend of mine described her testimony perfectly.

There were so many inconsistencies with her story that it’ll make your head spin trying to sort them all out. According to her testimony she’s an Angel, never did anything wrong and is just trying to save Johnny Depp.
Please, she just married him so she could try and use his name to further her career. When she figured out she couldn’t control him she went bat shite crazy on him.

She said she never did cocaine. Her own private nurse's notes state that Amber has a cocaine addiction. It's insane but virtually every word out of her mouth seems to be a lie.

But the looking down is brilliant. Looks like he’s cowering to her. What you don’t want is him staring at her. You can argue he looks guilty, but making eye contact makes him look like an aggressor 100%. Looking down is the best option.

Her demeanor on the stand is that of strength and confidence. Someone who would kick somebody’s arse if the tried to hit her. Someone who would never put up with that shite. She looks more like an aggressor than a victim. Even when she tries to show sadness, it’s quick, then back to strength.
I’ll just say I don’t think she’s doing herself any favors.
