I've seen a lot of speculation that she has demanded to be very involved in the defense. Such as the counterclaim being 100% her and the decision to show the Waldman deposition or go back on the stand. She is a narcissist with borderline personality disorder so it makes sense that she would want to be involved.
as Rekieta said... perhaps the worst thing Heard ever did was file the counterclaim b/c a lot of stuff about her was allowed to come out
if they had focused on Depp's claim alone... most of Amber's issues remain private and she likely wins

I know a solid murder defense is 500k to about a million. So I really would like to know where she came up with that number.
I guess her lawyers are just extremely expensive.

no... Depp is back in the UK
there's been conflicting reports about whether Heard will be there or not

Apparently Heard has arrived at the courtroom for the verdict... so she will be there it appears

Her law firm, Padding Bozos, Inc. said it was $6 million bill. I am sure she pledged to pay it. That means it was already paid, right? Pledging and donating are twins, in her mind.

Her and her sister rode up in a truck.

Was wondering why he was there, but it was a long weekend. So he's sticking around the UK through the verdict?

If she doesn't win do the attorneys fees come out of the settlement. Is that on top of it. Also if she files for bankruptcy who gets paid first. Attorneys or divorce settlement or is it a mixture of both?

well, since lawmakers are generally attorneys, who do you think is protected from bankruptcy proceedings?

yes... the judge said they did not have to be present for the verdict

in a civil trial what reason would there be for being there?
Posted on 6/1/22 at 1:52 pm to idlewatcher
Depp is/was playing a concert with Jeff Beck and appears to be collaborating more with him I don't think he is required to be there for the verdict.

I have no idea. Never been married and don't ever plan on getting a divorce.

If she "doesn't win" she lost and there is no settlement. She has to pay her own attorneys. I don't know the bankruptcy laws in Virginia or California - I doubt an unsecured creditor would get anything in either state. If her attorneys have been smart they've been billing her on a regular basis throughout the trial.

Can someone please post a link? Thanks
