I’m guessing the jury already knew they were going to side with Johnny Depp. They just have to determine how much to award him.

here's how the judge read the question into record... direct quote
"In regards to number C, items 1 & 3, number C is a jury instruction on the finding instruction for the online article, the question is 'does question number 3, the statement is false, pertain to the headline 'I spoke up against sexual violence and faced our culture's wrath' or does it pertain to the content to the statement, everything in the oped?"
judge's answer... and I believe the answer that was sent back to the jury is "the title IS the statement"
