When we lost the antics of the 1st gen LLOTOT...the 2005-10 OT was a friendlier place with much a more of a community feel...

Back then we had a lot more piss and vinegar. Some of the threads and "outside" TD activities were a lot of fun, but people grow up.

Yea I was 19 when I first looked at the board in 2002 in the old format. I'm about to be 37, been on this board essentially half my life.
This board did save me though. Essentially guilted/shamed me to go back and get my engineering degree. Shamed me into losing weight when I was a fat arse. Turned me from a dumbass liberal into a hardcore libertarian who thinks about every issue from the standpoint of...how could this be abused in the future.
