It's a basic Tahoe, not like they are driving loaded Denalis LOL. They spend a lot of time in their vehicles and I don't have a problem with them having a somewhat safe, dependable vehicle. Ever price a fire truck LOL? And those get used a lot less than the average police cruiser. If some idiot was shooting at me i'd rather have a Tahoe to hide behind than a Corolla. I'd be more upset at local politicians getting loaded Denalis and Escalades and King Ranches than a cop who basically lives in his car a Tahoe every couple years. Something tells me a Corolla wouldn't be able to handle cutting through medians not to mention the added load of a ton of electronics.
