If you want to do woman’s work and scan ids go work in the library or lab.

I worked on the grounds crew and loved every minute of it. Gave me my own gator, weed eaters, gas. Community service workers to manage. shite was tits.

Geology department. Never once checked on me and I exceeded all of their expectations by actually working. I was actually told to slow down.

I was an athletic trainer for 3 years at LSU. You make it sound like you can just walk up and say you want the job and where’s my free shite.

And if no way do you get all the free shite you want. It’s also not a paying gig at LSU.

Be a manager or student trainer for a sports team. Get all the nice free clothes and shoes you want and you get to go to sporting events for free with a great view of the games.

You also put in a lot of hours and most D-1 programs want you to be actively pursuing sports medicine majors.

We were two hours before and after practice, extra early on game days, and every other Sunday for check ins. And it definitely wasn't flexible.

I was a student trainer at ULM for football. We got paid, got a scholarship, and got free clothes. We’d usually get one pair of shoes for the whole year and that was it. I just assumed bigger schools would get a lot more clothes and shoes and stuff than we did because y’all have more money

I used to work for The Badger Store which was the apparel store in the Kohl Center and the apparel trailers that are set up for all the games and other events like concerts.

There was basically a signup sheet for everything going on and you picked which games or events you wanted to work. I had some sweet ones...Britney Spears, Rod Stewart, David Copperfield, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and of course all Badger games...football, hockey, etc.

It was solid.

Any job on campus that anyone of you actually enjoyed with flexible hours?

Worked at the golf course. Drive carts around, practiced my game, not a bad gig.
