I work out for 75-90 minutes, four times a week and still work around 60 hours a week

I think the most important part of the equation is matching your diet to your lifestyle. I eat a very high protein, extremely high beige carb but low-fat diet. I don't avoid fat for any other reason than it makes poor fuel for my body. I don't avoid it when we eat out and once every few weeks my body will tell me I need a dose of fat. My diet, especially the carbs, would be a bad choice for most people never mind the caloric intake but it fits my needs.

Apparently, pain under the arm is a blockage in the widowmaker artery or the LAD. Had he gone and spent a few minutes getting his calcium score he might still be here.

I'd imagine if you walked 30-60 minutes a day and lifted weights 45 minutes a day 4x a week, you could probably eat whatever you want.
Nah switch the walking to running then you're good
ETA: Curious where the downvotes are coming from, running burns a shite ton of calories so theoretically you can eat whatever you want when running that much.

Carbs are not an essential nutrient.
Good to hear he is still kicking arse.

In my 20s and 30s? Sure.
Older than that keeping the weight off becomes more of a kitchen issue.

shite, I run 20-30 miles a week
Lift 3 or 4 times
Chase the kid around
Cook 90% of meals, generally healthy.
I need to quit drinking if I want to get serious about losing weight

I'm probably saving about $7-8 dollars a steak,

The key is having the right kitchen tools. I have the food saver to freeze the steaks, meat grinder attachment for the kitchen aid mixer and good butcher knife.
How much is all that stuff?

I lift five nights a week for 90 minutes/night and work in downtown Houston. I live in The Woodlands. You’ll make time for what is important to you. It’s just that simple.

If you have 2-3 kids then yes it can be difficult to keep that exercise routine and afford to buy a steak for each day. I’m a poor though.

Shouldn't it be 1 snake per day?

This is such fricking bullshite. If you have the want to not be a fat lazy frick, you will find the time.
I work 55-60 hours a week. Lift weights 5x a week and do 20-30 minutes of cardio after. Still make it home to hangout with wife and kids for an hour and a half before its bedtime.
My daily work day schedule looks like
3:45 up and eat breakfast (everyone sleeping)
Lift/cardio 4:15-6a
Work 7a-7p
Home for 7:15
Family time 7:15-8:45
8:45 bed
7 hours of sleep
Lift weights while my family is sleeping
Home after work the same time I'd be there if I slept in.

This is the only feasible way for me with a young family. It sucks, but so does fatness

Fwiw, I smoked 2 packs a day, drank a 1/5 a night, ate like shite and slept like shite at 40. My calcium score was also 0 at the time. No idea what it is now but I'm much cleaner.

Vegetable oils and thier products have no place in our house. We use tallow, lard and REAL butter. I remember our family that never switched oils living well into the 90s and the family that did switch dying in their 60s.
Somehow our government convinced people it was more healthy to eat what was intended as machinery grease (crisco).
No fatties in my house and we eat like kings. It's not that expensive to eat healthy it just takes more effort.
