Sure, Jan. Your wife needs to put on weight so you can have something to grab on to, instead of all that bone. That cant be a fun frick.

What's your source for this? I'm seeing 17-18% based on the supposedly latest data for individual income. 25% sounds way high

I see you know nothing about mass and muscle. I'm 6'1 220 and my stomach is flat as a board.
yea i know nothing just been lifting for over 30 years and do S&C on the side
but lets take your word for it and you are below 15% bodyfat...that would mean you have the an ffmi of ~25 which means you are either juicing or have the genetics of 1 in 50 million
im sure you are that 1 in 50 million though and im just a dumbass that doesnt know anything or
it could be what you can flat...its really not that flat and you are closer to 25% bodyfat and have gotten so conditioned to the fatties around you....that you just assume you are flat as a board
which one seems more plausible? guy has 1 in 50 million genetics....is juicing or has juiced very hard in the past or the guy is way way fatter than he thinks?
and i dont give a shite if you juice or not, we aren't in a competition but this is an anon message board, at least admit that if you are going to throw out 6'1 220 and in peak physical shape like you claim
frick what am I thinking, this is the OT, i forgot, everyone here makes half million a year and has crazy genetics...my bad, carry on. Just forget the fact we live in one of the poorest and fattest states in the country, the OT is full of those exceptions.
btw why dont you give us a run down on your lifting routine and your diet...me and mingo would love to be enlightened.

That's ridiculous. I'm 6-2 and that would put me at 189 lbs. I graduated HS at 215 lbs with 6% body fat. I haven't been under 200 since maybe 9th or 10th grade, 4 sport varsity athlete with 6% body fat, played football in college.
No you didn’t boss. You have no concept of what 6% BF is

No I don't juice. I have strong shoulders and 18 inch arms. I've worked out 5 out of 7 days for 24 years with only missing maybe a few weeks when I was really sick. My feet and hands are big too so that's probably 5 extra pounds right there compared to the average man.

They all just go by that metric per Obamacare. Mine told me the same thing: "you know I'm required to tell you you're boderline obese by Obamacare."

Yes, I did. Have you not heard of weight training?
Point is you don’t realize how extremely low 6% BF is. Even pro bodybuilders don’t walk around at that low of a %. They have to severely dehydrate themselves to achieve that number leading up to their show
I can see you being in not horrible shape but no one’s going to believe your statements without proof because they are extreme

Dated a woman like this. Certainly didn't have a 6 pack, but wasn't fat either. Her arse was nice and she had a huge rack.
I think sometimes too much emphasis is placed on the number.
It's been shown 130 on two people of the same height doesn't always look the same.
Not everyone is going to be small, some people are never going to be big. As someone earlier said they have small bones, i.e. a smaller frame.
I live by if I eat healthy most of the time, because we live this life once and I'm going to enjoy myself, workout regularly to take care of myself and everything checks out health wise on all my lab work at the doctor then I'm good with it. I was actually shocked at the number when I got a scale recently. It was about 15 lower than what I would have guessed by looking at myself. But had it been higher I wouldn't have been disappointed because I looked and felt great. In my opinion, not yalls.
