I linked something at the top of the page stating that Pennsylvania health officials say the average age of death is 79. And Pennsylvania is a huge state so probably a decent representation of the country.

More testing is the only way to get those numbers up to a comfortable fear mongering level

I love when patients or their family try this bullshite. I always ask them “what would widespread testing do for us?”

“We could see where it’s at and going!”

“How would that help us? If it’s so dangerous wouldn’t those people already be found to have symptoms?”

Then the goalpost gets moved.

The US life expectancy is 79. You are more likely to die from just being alive than you are to die of the coronavirus. You actually gain 2 years of life expectancy if you catch the virus. Stay home. Stay safe. Follow your orders.

How is that possible? You need an awful lot of people in their 90s to counteract the death of each person under 60.

You got a link or source for this? Not doubting you but would like to see it for myself.

I would like to see that as well as I cannot imagine that is correct.

I don’t think this is exactly how this works but I like it so I’m repeating it.

They said on the radio this morning no one in the state of Alabama under the age of 50 has died of the virus. The median age of those who have died here is like 72. The county where I live, which is less than an hour from B’ham, we have fewer than 50 total cases and 0 deaths since this started.

Close. Nobody under 50 with no underlying conditions has died. The total number who have died under 50 in Alabama is 12 (all with underlying conditions).

The problem is for each one of you fat boys that knocks off due to a heart attack at 49, 3 people need to hold out to 89 to counterbalance it - losing a flock of 80-somethings is going to get drop that counterweight.

Been calling the Bat Flu for what it is from the start... bullshite propaganda. It’s refreshing to see many people FINALLY coming around and seeing it for what it truly is.
