"Things" leaves a pretty broad range. We are specifically talking about being accused of murder in a shootout though. You can't keep moving the goal post. Make up your mind.
Sometimes the "things" people are wrongly accused of include shootings.

Scores of likely innocents arrested, suppressed video, clear conflicts of interest in the courts, and the possibility that multiple shooting victims died at the hands of police––the aftermath of the Waco shootout ought to be a prominent part of the ongoing national conversation about a criminal-justice system that routinely victimizes innocents.
amen.

Trump would fix this BS in a second if he was currently the POTUS

As usual, you speak with 100% uncertainty when anyone with a brain knows you cannot be that certain.

I will rephrase for you and Dart.
If I were to ever be in the vicinity of a shootout I have no doubt that I, nor anyone I am associated with, will be a suspect or charged.

he problem here though is the cops came in and just wholesale arrested everyone (like 170 in total) in the area who was on a motorcycle, irregardless of the fact there was zero evidence that they did anything wrong or had anything to do with the shootout

You didn't grasp what I was saying I guess. I will NEVER be anywhere in the vicinity of a shootout so again there is no possibility of it happening to me.
Why don't you ever go to New Orleans?

Also appears the only guys still in jail are not such good guys after all either.
Ortiz, 35, has no other charges pending against him, but still can’t pay his bond, which was reduced to $100,000 through an agreement with prosecutors.
His attorney, Jay Norton, of San Antonio, said Ortiz has lost his job in the South Texas oil fields and been evicted from his home since his arrest. He said he plans to live with his brother when he gets out of jail, but added that could cause problems under the conditions of release because his brother is a Bandido, also. Those released on bail are forbidden from associating with biker groups.
Ortiz is a former Marine with no prior criminal record, Norton said.
Please CONTINUE to defend the actions of the authorities here. Un-indicted man - lost job, evicted from home, cannot post bail......
Former military, no prior criminal record. I wonder what the probable cause was for his arrest.

Authorities in Waco have actively advanced a contested narrative of what happened at the Twin Peaks restaurant from the start, sometimes getting facts wrong. They haven’t tried to preserve the impartiality of jurors, instead, they've pushed a version of events that reflects well on the Waco police and the actions they’ve taken.
very true... I was in favor of the gag order until the writer pointed this out.
Preparing the field before battle gives you an advantage when combat commences.

Sure don't
That didn't answer my question but I know what you meant.

Oh I read it wrong.
If got to NOLA it's only for business and that's even less frequent than it used to be because I do way less business with people there than I used to.
Everything I do now I can do from the comfort of my home with a phone and the internet. I run crews in 8 states now and hardly have to leave my house.

That and having an ace in the hole via a Waco PD detective heading up the grand jury just to make extra sure things go right.

Doubtful because I am 100% positive that I will never be in a situation where myself or anyone I am associated with are involved in a shootout.
I've said that before...

First, it would seem him and his brother are admitted members of the Bandidos, making LE's job easy. At least other criminal enterprises deny that they exist. These 1%'s make their job easier by flaunting that they are members.
Second, he's not one of them still in jail. Only the other 3 remiain in jail. This article just doesn't give the background on them.

That police chief always seemed shady.
Is this the event that causes more people to wonder about the necessity of having police forces that are armed as if they are walking through Fallujah instead of Texas?

From the reaction of many in here it won't becasue this does not involved them or anyone like them.

If by that you mean TPOS that came looking for trouble, you'd be right. If they were ALL just mom and pops, then I'd bet more people would agree with you. I've come down on the side opposite the cops in many instances with their shows of force and use of it. This just isn't one of those instances.

So because a few of them were guilty, you're fine with well over 100 innocent people having their lives ruined. Nice.

Isn't doing time in the clink considered admirable in three-patch biker gangs? How do we know these guys won't come out of the pen having earned their stripes?
