Don't start with more than 10mg per serving if you go with delta9 gummies and have never used them before. You can get way too high very easily on edibles.

Start with 15-20 mg. Give it an hour or so, see how you feel.

honestly wouldnt recommend taking any of those. took a large amount of a delta 8,9,10 combo or some weird shite. did NOT enjoy that ride.
if you're really just looking to get a simple head/body high just stick to flower or true thc/weed edibles. all that "legal" mess is whack.

Delta 8 is garbage. I guess it's OK if you never ingest real THC.
If you smoke regularly or do any type of BHO gummies will barely work on you.

This. I never felt "good" from legal. Always got that weird almost paranoia high. Similar to what the fake weed of years ago gave.

I just ate another 10. I am up to 30mg so far. I will stop at 60 - 70 ish range tonight
