no, but my friends and family are mostly cool.

I have seen two epic shitshows on holidays. One where my father got fall down drunk around 9am on Christmas. If I wasn't so pissed, I would have been impressed.

The other is when I set the carpet on fire. i was like 12. said father was drunk, shite happened.

I have never seen or participated in an argument during a holiday meal.

My grandpa is 76, listens to Rush everyday and says whatever comes to mind. Should make for an interesting lunch with my liberal siblings.

What time is lunch? I'm coming over to watch.

I'm expecting some fireworks. I'm far from liberal, but many in attendance are the type that have fox news or conservative radio as literally their only major media consumption. No movies, no entertaining tv shows, no music. Just fox news for 4 or 5 hours a day 7 days a week.

That, and they believe every single thing they see on Facebook.

Should be entertaining.

My inlaws are all rabidly anti-Trump. Im trying to decide if the play is to go in there full MAGA or just sit there and silently smirk durring the inevitable supper table melt.

I just sit behind the bar and keep fixing drinks for everyone. I like to egg everyone on before I leave for the camp.

I think I only have 1 liberal family member (maybe more I'm not sure), but shes on my dad's side of the family and we never do holidays with them. I actually couldn't even tell you the last time I've seen most of them.

The in-laws and my mom's family are pretty much all on the same page (a lot of O&G baws).
