Do you have a link on this? I was up and out most mornings between 3 and 5 and didn't see shite. DPD even said they weren't arresting people or anything.

I do not. Merely commentary from coworkers who claimed to me they were pulled over driving from Grapevine to north Fort Worth in the first week of the lockdown.
They were on the road at 4 am.
They mostly pulled her over and asked her to account for herself. No warning, ticket, or fine.
