It's neither. The 2 you're thinking of are a few blocks apart on Greenville. The original is now named Charlie's creole kitchen.

I went with my grandmother to bingo in Leesville, LA one time a couple years ago and they had a little shitty bar with $2 wells.
I got shitfaced. Still the dirtiest, trashiest place I've ever been. And I've done some trashy shite. There is nothing like Louisiana trash, except MS and AL trash.

We live 3 mins from there an go maybe twice a year for fried seafood when wife needs a fix and the freezer is empty. During the day it's fine enough. Food is OK, crowd sucks, especially on concert/event nights.
