Just an attention grabber trying to attract people to his church so they'll donate half their welfare check in the offering plate so he can buy his wife a new Mercedes.

Not sure of this has been posted. But WHole Foods plans to sue. Stupid man. They have cameras in there.

and they released a video implicating him.

Whole Foods Market plans to take legal action against a customer who claimed a bakery employee wrote a gay slur on a cake he purchased from its flagship Austin, Texas, store.
In a counter-suit, Whole Foods Market Rocky Mountains/Southwest, which operates the store, disputed that an employee wrote any slur on the cake, reported NBC affiliate KXAN. The company said it is seeking at least $100,000 in damages, sanctions against Kaplan, and a jury trial.

The store claims their bakery employee wrote “Love Wins” on the cake and did not add the slur, “Love Wins F–“, at the bottom. Whole Foods released surveillance video of Jordan Brown buying the cake on April 14 at the company’s flagship store and headquarters on N. Lamar Boulevard. Brown is the pastor at the Church of Open Doors on E. Riverside Drive.

A spokesperson for Whole Foods says, in the video, you can see the UPC label on the top of the cake box. In a video uploaded by Brown after the incident, the label is seen on the side of the box. The statement from the store goes on to say, “Mr. Brown admits that he was in sole possession and control of the cake until he posted his video.”

The victim mentality is rampant.

You read any of this thread?

No way that thing was boxed, picked out by a customer, and run through a register with that on there.
....and Whole Foods should probably aggressively pursue legal action if they can. The LBGTYIRZKEI groups can potentially go ape shite over this.

No, the Coporate scamming via lawsuit is rampant.
This dope just wanted to get money. He had a lawyer before he even posted the video, most people in 2016 blast on Facebook or social media. He saw the cake in the car and went home rather than drive right back and confront the employee? I mean come on.
That right there makes no sense. Then the lawyer saying "He like me has no icing in his house" I mean really. I would bet anything there is a receipt showing he bought icing. (would be funny if at the same time as the cake)
The saddest thing is this man claims to be a man of God. Why wouldn't a man of God handle it via prayer and turning the other cheek? Instead he goes straight for a lawsuit.
I hope WF wins and bankrupts this pastor and his church.

The icing on the cake when it comes to shoving the homosexual agenda down one's throat.

Whole Foods still should have gone through with the counter suit. Anyone willing to throw a company under the bus through a whole made-up scenario deserves to have their arse handed to them in court

The Pastor added fig to cake himself.
Everything is fine, right? He said he was sorry.

Today I am dismissing my lawsuit against Whole Foods Market. The company did nothing wrong. I was wrong to pursue this matter and use the media to perpetuate this story. I want to apologize to Whole Foods and its team members for questioning the company's commitment to its values, and especially the bakery associate who I understand was put in a terrible position because of my actions. I apologize to the LGBT community for diverting attention from real issues. I also want to apologize to my partner, my family, my church family, and my attorney.
I wonder if this was a condition in the lawsuit against him by WF? If not he is about to get raped in the counter-suit against him.
Rule #1 never admit fault.

That's not enough; the store & the employees went thru weeks of bullshite because of this asshat's gay agenda horseshite.
From this moment on when any weak wristed asshat says anything negative has happened to them, I'll just say bullshite and go suck a bag of dicks.

Just because WF dropped the counter-suit doesn't mean that the employees can't file a defamation suite. I think they may have a pretty solid case especially with how the SJW vehemently reacted toward the store's innocent employees.

If they didn't have the video, they'd be paying this dirtball.
