Sorry if germans. Nothing on search.

quote:

State Police were called by a motorist who said they saw Toomey performing a lewd act upon himself while he was driving on the Basin Bridge at about 8 a.m., a spokesman said.
The caller said the vehicle was eastbound on Interstate 10, and that two children were in the car with him.

I could imagine that most of us here have rubbed one out on the basin bridge at 430 AM but in broad daylight with kids in the car? That's some sick shite

Also, how do you prove this...unless the cops saw him doing it.

It’s fine if the kids are asleep. Or they might be babies who don’t know what’s going on. Probably the only peaceful moment this poor guy had, then a cop has to ruin it.

He must have been pretty obviously doing it if several others called police. It seems like if you passed someone doing that it would take a bit to register what you thought you saw him doing until you were positive he was doing what you thought he was doing.

Does that make any sense at all?

Not as disgusting (or dumb) as leaving a cat litter-box unattended for a whole week!

He looks like a Texas man. That V neck tee gives it away.

A lady I worked with said she saw guys wacking themselves in traffic multiple times. I guess I just drive when I'm on the road. I've never seen anyone doing that, and I've never done it in a car. Haven't ever done that riding in a car, or sitting in one either.

We usually bring the cat and the litter box with us when we travel. We forgot to put them in the car this time.

(I realize the kids in the car make this a different situation) if your car is considered an extension of your home in regards to keeping guns in it then why isnt it considered an extension of your home in regards to jerking off in it?

He is a Florida man, living in Texas. He used to live in Melbourne and Sebastian Fl. Now it all makes more sense.
