I have lived in Frisco and worked for a large tech company since 1997. It was a slow invasion from 2010-2020 then in 2021 there was a non stop flood of Indians. There is a Hindu temple a few miles from my house that has drawn most of them to east frisco, but the rest of frisco, Plano, etc has had a minor influx as well.
The H1B program needs to be shut down because 90% of these immigrants are taking away jobs that don’t require the BS degrees they come here with. It is hurting American kids that are struggling to find good paying jobs.
The Indian outsourcing companies like TCS are the real problem. They need to be audited and held accountable.

Straight up facts. Grocery shopping at the HEB in Fulshear will make you wonder what country you're in. Vast difference from just 5 years ago.

And it’s not even just within Indians. They’ll classify you as equivalent to something in their ranking.
One thing we noticed is she wouldn’t have an issue with African immigrants but she looked at any black American with open disdain.
As far as we could tell it was the presumption of being descended from slaves.

We brought in an indian guy to run out strategy department…he recently departed elsewhere after 4 years but overall it was a large net negative on company culture. My anecdotal experience showed while the guy was hardworking, he was heavily biased towards H1B hires/folks he brought in, passive aggressive, dishonest with what he would tell you vs what he would do and unwilling to listen to others.
They hire H1Bs primarily because they know they “own” these people and their citizenship is tied to their job. Fits well with their fricked caste system views of humanity.

Also I’d rather be overwhelmed with those people than what Louisiana is overwhelmed with. Let’s be honest here
