This whole lawsuit could have been avoided by someone at the school doing a google search. The two second search would have come back with the Supreme Court ruling and this matter would have been done with. I do get the feeling that regardless of what the Supreme Court said this administrator was not backing down.

When you go into a Buddhist temple you aren’t asked to believe in Buddhism, you are just asked to be respectful. If you go to a hockey game in Canada and they sing O Canada, you aren’t asked to swear loyalty to Ottawa, you are just being respectful and standing . Whatever customs people have that are important, if you disagree, just be respectful. Being disrespectful of others is not a recipe for a successful life .
All that said, if a loser , needy SJW kid wants to opt out they should be allowed to leave the room in a dignified manner and go stand in the hall while the well- adjusted students say the pledge of allegiance. There should be no fear of reprisal for the shittiest people among us .

Pledge of Allegiance in high school is silly as shite anyways. Very few are reciting it with any actual meaning by it.

Windfern high school is where all of the kids that failed out of regular school go for a “second chance”. Students up to the age of 21 can attend this high school.
